This past Sunday, we were absolutely stoked to hustle n’ flow with Resilience Fitness and lululemon…all for a good cause! Over 150 participants came together for 75 minutes of “bootcamp meets yoga” to raise money for the Canadian Women’s Foundation’s work to end sex trafficking.
For 45 minutes, we were put through a series of drills to get our sweat on. Together with our team, we bear crawled, lunged, planked, sprinted and more. We were then treated to a super zen yoga session to finish off the afternoon. With sponsors like Flow, Genuine Health and Muscle Milk, plus a braid bar by our girl Aylin Carolina Abraham of Cabello by Carolina, we were in good company.
And take it from us – if you want a workout that challenges and inspires, please check out the incredible programming from Resilience Fitness. We here at Well TO Do are big fans.
