And you do NOT have to be a chef to sign up! The course is for anyone with an interest in integrating and experiencing the healing properties of living food.
Expect to learn techniques including sprouting, marinating, germinating/activating, fermenting, and dehydrating, as well as how to formulate balanced menus of meals and snacks from master raw food chef Joanne Gerrard Young.
