At the start of the year, we predicted that one of the city’s biggest trends would be the rise of the boutique studio and judging by several of the entries (four to be exact) in our top 10 most-read list, we were right! One Academy was one of the most hotly-anticipated studio openings this year and we were among the first in the door to check out their killer mix of HIIT and strength training.
