Yoga by the lake, under the summer sun? Sign us up! Come July 14, you can find the Well TO Do Crew getting our asana on at the Muskoka Yoga Festival.
Muskoka Yoga Festival, now in its second year, is a two-day yoga, music, and nature festival. Expect two days of yoga, meditation, and fitness workshops, a reggae concert followed by “an epic ecstatic dance,” a wellness market with over 50 vendors, a food market, and more.
Teachers including Toronto’s own Jonathan & Queenie Phair (Equinox, Afterglow, Yoga Tree, Pure Yoga), Rachel McLean (MISFIT), and Cassidy Thedorf (Radiate Happy Meditation), will teach a variety of classes and courses representing various styles of movement and meditation.
A portion of ticket sales will be donated to the Muskoka Conservancy to raise awareness and contribute to the protection of Muskoka’s natural resources.
The festival is also family-friendly, offering kids under 12 free admission, and is dog friendly too (dog yoga anyone?). We can’t wait to see you there!
