On January 26, Toronto’s wellness and fitness entrepreneurs, influencers, thought leaders, experts, media, and more, gathered at Barry’s Bootcamp to celebrate the announcement of the 2018 Wellness Trends.
We kicked the 2018 Wellness Trends event off with a special Barry’s workout to benefit SickKids, where guests were thanked for their contributions with an exclusive Well TO Do-designed tote packed with goodies from lululemon, Happy Soul, and Smart Sweets.
Guests snacked on bites from The Fix + Co; sipped drinks from Don Julio (mixed with the charcoal Blackout Lemonade from Impact Kitchen), Ace Hill beer, and Vam’s Kombucha. We got gorgeous thanks to makeup treatments from Gee Beauty, sampled the gut superfoods from Genuine Health, and enjoyed hand massages and balancing self-care shots from Whole Life Balance.
After catching up with industry friends, we gathered for a panel discussion on the wellness trends, moderated by Holistic Nutritionist Rachel Molenda, and featuring Stephanie Gee of Gee Beauty, Naturopathic Doctor Dr. Meghan Walker, owner of Energy Tree Studios Anne Matthews, Barry’s Bootcamp instructor Chris Lewarne, and Whole Life Balance President Sandra Chabot.
As the night wound down, guests picked up stocked gift bags as they departed, filled with items from Flawless by Friday, Leaves of Trees, Blu Dot Protein, Beekeeper’s Naturals, Pure Feast, Bathorium, Active Escapes, Genuine Health, Whole Life Balance, Gee Beauty, and Barry’s Bootcamp.
